Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to zoom.us and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Zoom Phone.
  4. Select Settings.
  5. Scroll down to Closed Hours.
  6. Under Call Handling, click Edit.
  7. Enable at least one option where you would like to receive calls during your closed hours, such as your desk phone, Zoom Desktop App, or Zoom Mobile App. You may enable more than one if you prefer.
